1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Our Services

Tosstech provides professional water engineering services in Ghana, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to a formal project agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement of work. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project are defined in the individual project proposal and contract.

3. Quotations & Payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Payment terms are specified in each project contract. Standard terms require a deposit before project commencement with the balance due on completion or as agreed in milestones.
• Variations to project scope requested after signing may be subject to additional charges, communicated in writing before work proceeds.
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate applicable under Ghanaian commercial law.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law:

• Tosstech's total liability under any project contract shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from our services or from use of this website.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including severe weather, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
• Information on this website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute professional engineering advice without a formal engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and technical drawings produced by Tosstech — is the intellectual property of Tosstech Engineering Solutions Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Project-specific designs and engineering drawings produced for a client become the property of the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. We encourage resolution of disputes through direct negotiation before formal proceedings.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
