Reverse osmosis is the gold standard for producing ultra-pure water, removing up to 99% of dissolved solids, heavy metals, bacteria and viruses. Tosstech has installed RO systems ranging from compact 50-LPH household drinking points to industrial plants producing over 100 m³/day for manufacturing and hospitality clients including Marriott Hotel Accra.
Many water sources in Ghana contain dissolved salts, fluoride, nitrates and heavy metals that standard filtration cannot remove. RO membrane technology eliminates these at the molecular level, giving you consistently pure water regardless of seasonal changes in source water quality.

Our Reverse Osmosis Process
Source Water Assessment
We measure TDS, hardness, chlorine, iron and biological load to design the correct pre-treatment — protecting your RO membranes and maximising their lifespan.
Pre-treatment Design
A correctly designed pre-treatment train (sediment filters, softeners, carbon filters) is critical. We size this precisely to your feed water chemistry.
RO System Installation
We install and pressure-test the membrane housings, high-pressure pump, control panel, and product/reject pipework, then commission the system to target TDS output.
Post-treatment & Storage
RO product water is post-treated (mineralisation, UV, re-chlorination as required) and stored in food-grade tanks with automatic level control.
